Registration
Ages 2 to 5
Registrations are accepted in the order they are received until classes are full.
A non-refundable registration fee and an advance month's tuition payment are due at the time of registration.
When classes become full, a waitlist is started. There is no charge to be placed on a waitlist. Families on the wait list will be contacted when a class position becomes available.

Health Certificate is included in the above download. A current health certificate is required annually.
Print and have the child's health provider complete, sign, and date.
A copy of the child's immunizations is also required.
A current health certificate must be supplied annually.

How to apply...
Complete and submit the enrollment forms, registration fee, and advance month's payment.
The health form and immunization records may be turned in after the registration paperwork but must be turned in by the first day of school, or if enrolment occurs after the beginning of school, the health form can be turned in within the first 30 days of attendance.
The advance payment is credited to the last month of the school year (May) and is nonrefundable.
Scholarships are available to qualifying families.
